Consult
Our mission is to have meaningful engagement and communication with our clients.
Our initial discussion is about you, your family and the design requirements for your project.
Every client is unique and our services are tailored to suite your needs.
Design
Our journey begins after acceptance of a Design Proposal.
The design process covers 3 stages.
Stage 1 - Survey.
We sketch and measure in detail every space from floor to ceiling. We take note of all structural details, services and appliances.
We listen, discuss, suggest and prepare a Design Brief that specifies all your requirements.
Stage 2 – Design Development
This is the fun part where we use our design skills to prepare a concept design to suit the design brief.
We use CAD to provide you with the floor plans, elevations and 3D views so that you can visualise the designs.
Stage 3 – Documentation
The final design is fully documented to allow for pricing and quotation.

Project Manage
We understand design and construction. By using our professional project management services Greenleaf Design can add value managing the process from design to completion while saving you time and money.
As your project manager, we oversee the supply, delivery and installation of all works ensuring each design element is faithfully re-created – without compromise.
We’ll stay connected to you throughout the project to ensure it is completed on time and within your budget so there are no hidden surprises.
We treat your home as if it were our own. Ensure you use only quality products and enlist quality licensed tradespeople. Our fees are agreed upfront and paid on a percentage of completion basis.
